Caleb and Nikko @ Dave and Busters

As part of their Christmas presents, Joy took Caleb and Nikko to Dave and Busters. The boys had fun playing the arcade games. One of my favorite memories is that the two of them were playing the claw game, and couldn't get one of the prizes they were trying to get. There were these two girls that offered to win the prize for them because they had already won several prizes. The boys declined their offer and went on to play another game. A few minutes later, the girls ran over with the little alien that they were trying to win. Joy asked if they could take a picture with them because that was such a kind thing to do. After the picture, Nikko told Joy she better not tell anyone about what happened with the girls!

Caleb Earns his Blue Belt

Caleb is doing so well in his karate classes!  We are so proud of him!  He earned his blue belt last week!  Also, because he brought all of his sparring equipment, he was asked to spar with a belt level higher than him!  I never thought that he would like sparring but he really enjoys it!

Conquer with Confidence ~ Mother Daughter Event

Mila and I had fun at the mother daughter event at school!  We got to do glow in the dark yoga together and then participated in a discussion about the importance of confidence!  When I asked Mila if she ever had feelings of doubt in herself, she immediately said no!  She exudes confidence, and I hope that continues!
